General Questions<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_toggle title=”How can I get a quote?”]For domestic cleaning, contact us via the form <\/a>to request a quote and select from the ‘Residential Service’ option or any other related service.<\/p>\n

For commercial cleaning, contact us via the form <\/a>to request a quote and select the ‘Commercial’ Service option.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Is the price based per hour?”]Our prices are per service not per hour. We will provide you with a list of tasks
\nthat will be completed with each service.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Are cleaning supplies included?”]Yes we provide all supplies and equipment. Fresh cloths and mops are used for
\neach job.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What if I have a complaint?”]If you are not happy with the service please call\/email us on the day of cleaning

Scheduling Questions<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_toggle title=”Can I get a same-day booking?”]In rare cases we can fit a domestic service in on the same day. Sometimes we can
\ndo next-day bookings.<\/p>\n

For carpet cleaning due to water damage or spills we try to fit you in same-day
\nwhere possible.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Do I have to be home for my cleaning?”]It\u2019s completely up to you. If you are not going to be home for regular cleaning we
\ncan keep a spare key securely strictly for access to cleaning.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Is there an exact time for my booking?”]We try our hardest to provide a time that we will arrive. However due to the
\nservices not having a time frame sometimes this can change. Also due to urgent
\njobs such as carpet cleaning for water damage the schedule may need to change
\non the day.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”When am I charged for the cleaning?”]For the first cleaning, an invoice will be sent to your email within 24hours. For
\nsubsequent regular cleaning, invoices will be automatically sent in the early
\nhours on the morning of the scheduled clean.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What if I need to cancel a scheduled clean?”]If cancellation is made after 9am the day before the cleaning a minimum call out

\nquote you a price to have these attended to when scheduling allows.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What guarantees do you give for bond cleans?”]If there are areas that need to be addressed when the final inspection is done we will come back as a priority and attend to them.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Are the cleaners screened prior to employment?”]We have a strict employment polices that include a police check, face to face interviews and trial periods before they are sent to work for our clients.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can I meet the cleaner?”]Absolutely, you can be present to meet them for the first clean.
